Founded in 2017, PES is the part of the Platinum Assets Ltd. Group that specialises in delivering renewable energy projects across the UK. Specifically, we build peaking gas power plant projects that maintain a constant supply of renewable energy to the National Grid.
Directors are William Jackson, Fenella Gavin, and Peter Eagle. We are an industry-leading team of experts with a proud record of delivering superb, high-value projects – always on time, and always in budget.

Peter heads up the renewable energy team at Platinum Energy Solutions.
A Power Engineer whose primary focus is to provide specialist advice and guidance to the Renewable Power Transmission and Distribution market (particularly in respect of Grid Connections and Contestable Works), Peter is a professional engineer who delivers world class, project execution against a complex commercial challenge, based around the management of people, projects, orders, sales and delivered margin, whilst offering excellence in customer satisfaction.

Operations Director
Fenella has worked at a director level across many companies for over 20 years and, since moving to Platinum, she has supported the business as our Operations Director. Her expertise lies primarily in finance and investment, from raising funding from pension funds, to Loan Notes, and ISA wraps.
More specifically, Fenella has worked with a variety of organisations to develop a strategic direction for their sales and marketing functions; from DeLoitte, to Accenture and Bain – with a primary focus on financial markets and the public sector.

William is a Director of Platinum Energy and a shareholder of the Group. He has worked at Director level for the past 20 years, having been responsible for development projects in excess of £45 million.
More recently these development projects have ranged over a variety of sites including:
Frenchgate House, Richmond, North Yorkshire
Bought from the local council who were using this listed building as offices, the property was renovated and restored to provide 4 large, luxury apartments with sensational views and open plan living. Total GDV of the development was £1.5 million.
45 St. George’s Road, Harrogate
This double fronted Georgian building was fully renovated and refurbished into 5 high end apartments in the popular spa town of Harrogate. With luxurious fixtures and fittings, the development is now successfully operated as holiday rental apartments. Total GDV £2 million.
Burn Brae, Hexham
Formerly a doctors surgery, this listed building was sensitively restored to provide 7 homes for downsizers in the area, with lift access and spacious communal areas. Properties all sold off plan, with a GDV of £2.5 million.
Ashcroft Mews, Seaham
A development of 8 semi detached and terraced 3 bedroom family homes, with landscaped gardens, priced from £150,000. Total GDV £3 million, and completed within 12 months.
West Chevington
West Chevington Farm is a brand-new development of sustainable and environmentally friendly built luxury homes, situated on a National Heritage listed Georgian-era Farm in Northumberland. The estate comprises 21 stunning and meticulously planned houses, all on generously sized plots, complimented by landscaped community spaces and car-friendly access. There is a total of 9 barns, modelled from the original barns, and 12 newly built homes. The area has been largely untouched and is a comfortable and friendly community, located 8 miles from Morpeth and 3 miles from the picturesque Druridge Bay.

South Brook Farm
Located in Monmouthshire, Wales, Southbrook Farm is a gas peaking plant currently under construction by Platinum Energy, with a £22 million gross development value. The project will provide back-up power to the National Grid during times of peak demand, while also being a necessary reinforcement measure to ensure long term sustainable local and regional power distribution and support the wider National Grid in times of regional and national emergency.
